I don't think it directly has increased intelligence of our students. It has put information ay their fingertips. I do believe that it has created an oppurtunity for us as educators to reach the diverse learners in our classrom which can lead to increased achievement. It allows the learning process to become more differentiated, efficient, and effective. While putting a device in a students hands will not immediately increase intelligence, it will give us a multitude of ways to help the student be successful.
